I was with St. John's group (4-17 to 4-21) and had a great time, your staff is very efficient. We had a waitress, Iris Feliciano, and we were in ‘awe’ of her. The service she gave us was excellent to every need because Iris was helpful in her routine of caring for three tables. Our was table 32. We were well fed, the food was delicious and we were served very well. Iris is ‘special’ to us and we were satisfied. Thank you all very much.

I am writing this letter on behalf of the Women's Fellowship Committee, of Fellowship Covenant Church, to thank the Pocmont Resort & Conference Center for accommodating us this past weekend, February 24-26. The Pocmont Resort & Conference Center definitely provided us with such a warm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for our women’s retreat. I want to thank you and Lois for the hospitality shown to the MGT group preceding and during our stay at your resort. You both were very accommodating and showed great patience as I, at times, stressed over putting the weekend together. Your calm helped to ease my mind and everything worked out just fine. Your staff was fabulous. Whatever we asked for it was supplied in the most pleasant manner. Please give my thanks to the chef for the private dinner on Friday; the food was a hit. Everyone in our group had a great time and were quite amazed at all that your facility offered. I actually took part in Karaoke Saturday evening...I had a fabulous time. I was nominated to host the 2nd annual Spiritual Retreat next year. Again, thank you for the hospitality shown and I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

My group and I want to thank you for the wonderful time we had on the week of August 28 to September 1. We had no complaints for anything. The treatment we had from everyone was the best. But of course, Mr. Artzt, something always has to happen. We were supposed to leave right after lunch, but no bus. Instead of coming to Pocmont, he ended up going to Baldwin to pick us up. What a mistake. There are no words I can think of to thank Debra Passero and Charna Vasquez. They did so much—keeping us informed, setting us up for coffee and cookies at 4 p.m. and then supper at 7 p.m.; it was the greatest. We are still talking about it. I myself was a lost sheep and did not what to do. But like I said, Debra and Charna kept making the phone calls and at 7:30 p.m., the bus came and we were on our way home.
Mr. Artzt, as far as I go and being a group leader, The Pocmont Resort is the best. My intentions are to keep bringing groups up as much as I can. Not only that, I'm putting out the word for all the other group leaders to know how great the place is.
