What can I say? It was another great year at Pocmont for the MS Society. I haven’t received the evaluations yet, but the comments in the dining room and in the hall on Sunday morning were heartwarming. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time and I had no complaints. Thanks to Paula for all of her assistance with the weekend and for suggesting the Brain Freeze show. It was hilarious and everyone who attended loved the guy and the whole scene.
Please also thank Lee Jay for his assistance in keeping people happy and especially Rick for as usual we had no problems with the equipment; I know how much work he and his staff put into this.
The people manning the desk were their usual helpful selves, and should be commended for their patience and helpful attitudes. Thank you for all of your help. It was really good working together again next year. I know it’s not easy keeping all of those room assignments correct, but you do it so well.

I’ve had high level executives in our sessions before, who state that your service and accommodations are not comparable to previous resort locations.
The entire staff here at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely pleased and returned to work with pleasant memories of their stay. Although I did not have the pleasure to meet with you, Mr. Artzt, on behalf of the Polish Union, I would like to thank you for the wonderful way your staff accommodated us at the recent Polish Union of USA Convention. We have received many positive comments from our delegates and guests with regards to the taste of the food, the amount of food served, the cleanliness, the entertainment in the evenings and most of all the wait staff at meals.
It was unfortunate that I did not get to work with JoAnne during our convention due to her illness but the previous dealings with her were most enjoyable. Progressive Health of PA. Inc. is a residential program for brain-injured adults located in Milford, Pa. We bought a corporate membership to use your fitness center and pool nine months ago for our clients and staff to enjoy. We have found Pocmont Resort to have wonderful facilities and extremely helpful staff in every area of your resort. I would like to name a few key staff who are always going above and beyond their job responsibilities to assist us. Keith has been outstanding, Kelly, Jeannie and Peter have also been very helpful, cheerful and professional. Your new summer staff has also assisted us in many ways.
We recently attended your dinner buffet and show on a Friday night and had a fun-filled evening. Last week we had a pool party and barbecue that Amanda and Charna assisted us with. I visited Pocmont on Sunday with my husband, and Ray (at the front desk) was kind enough to give us a tour and tell us all about the property — he was an excellent ambassador. We also enjoyed dinner with a number of your guests. I was impressed with your facilities — Pocmont has done a great job rebuilding, and the resort is certainly in a beautiful area. The staff was warm and friendly. We will get together early next week to make a final decision as to whether we can go forward with our meeting plans (we’ve learned that some people booked vacations that week) and, if so, where. Thank you very much for arranging the visit, especially on such short notice.

Life has been so very hectic since our return from our conference at your wonderful resort, so I apologize for not sending this off sooner. We were very pleased with most facets of our recent evening at the Pocmont, particularly the excellent wait staff, who escorted our guests to their chairs, and served dinner promptly and professionally. I had the salmon, an excellent selection, and my table guests all expressed satisfaction with their meals, as did many employees and guests throughout the evening. We were exceptionally pleased with the outstanding job in the Star Room for our cocktail hour. The food was superb, the staff extremely accommodating and the atmosphere was perfect. Kudos to your decorator, as we all felt the interior looked beautiful! I’m a big fan of Bushkill so we canoed on the Delaware and spent the night at Pocmont, which I may have mentioned to you is located near where our camp was located.
